Terms of Use

1. Agreement and scope

Servanta is provided by Kliping d.o.o. These Terms of Use apply when you access or use Servanta. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Kliping, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

By using Servanta, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not access or use Servanta.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and connected accounts secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law or a written customer agreement provides otherwise.

Access can be managed by your organization. Its administrators may assign permissions, enable integrations, manage users, and control access to organizational content. You may use Servanta only within the permissions granted to you.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Servanta to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• access accounts, workspaces, content, or systems without authorization;
• circumvent access controls, usage limits, or security measures;
• introduce malware, disrupt the service, or probe for vulnerabilities without permission;
• share credentials, tokens, or restricted content with unauthorized persons;
• scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute content beyond your licensed rights; or
• misrepresent generated results as verified facts when independent review is required.

You must follow the policies and instructions of your organization and any content license that applies to monitored media coverage.

4. Customer content and Servanta results

You and your organization retain the rights you hold in prompts, searches, settings, reports, and other content submitted to Servanta. You grant Kliping the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide, secure, and support the service.

Media articles, broadcasts, transcripts, images, and related metadata can be protected by copyright, database rights, contract, or other restrictions. Access through Servanta does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the applicable customer agreement and content license. Do not reproduce or distribute licensed content beyond those rights.

Search, summarization, and AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important results against the underlying source material before relying on them for legal, financial, employment, safety, or other consequential decisions.

5. ChatGPT, Claude Code, Microsoft 365, and other connected services

Servanta can be used through ChatGPT, Claude Code, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and other MCP-compatible clients. Your use of those products is also governed by the applicable provider's terms, customer agreement, privacy terms, and administrative settings.

Connected services can send prompts, tool parameters, and available user or organization context to Servanta and receive Servanta results. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate service, configuring it correctly, and ensuring that you are authorized to send the requested information to it. Kliping is not responsible for a third-party service outside Kliping's control.

6. Servanta ownership

Kliping and its licensors retain all rights in Servanta, including its software, design, documentation, trademarks, and service-generated materials, excluding customer content and third-party media content. These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Servanta for the authorized duration and purpose.

If you provide feedback, Kliping may use it to improve Servanta without restriction or payment, provided that doing so does not identify you or disclose your confidential information without permission.

7. Availability, changes, and support

We work to keep Servanta reliable and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, network failures, and changes to connected services can affect availability or functionality.

We may modify Servanta to improve features, security, compliance, or compatibility. Any service levels, support commitments, fees, renewal rules, or notice periods in a written customer agreement remain unaffected by this section.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Servanta is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written customer agreement. Kliping does not warrant that every source, result, summary, or third-party integration will always be available, complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Kliping is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Servanta. Any additional exclusions, limitations, or liability caps in the applicable customer agreement also apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Servanta, users, customer data, or third parties; respond to unlawful or unauthorized use; comply with law; or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will notify the customer and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Access ends when the applicable subscription, customer agreement, or authorization ends. Terms concerning ownership, confidentiality, liability, governing law, and provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law or a written customer agreement requires a different result. The competent courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction unless another forum is required by mandatory law or agreed in writing.

We may update these terms as Servanta, connected services, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised terms here and update the date above. If a change materially affects existing customers, any additional notice required by law or contract will be provided.
